RETURN POLICY

 

The Buyer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the order to return the items that do not suit him against Purchase Voucher or refund.

Note that the items must be returned intact and complete, in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging (in particular with the labels bearing their references), and overall, in identical packaging. to that used during shipment allowing their re-marketing.

However, it should be noted that the right of return cannot be exercised in particular for:

- The supply of goods made according to the Buyer's specifications;

- The supply of goods liable to deteriorate;

- The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the Buyer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;

For any return request, the customer must connect to the site on his account/Returns.

Once the return request form has been completed, and after studying the request, Customer Service proceeds with the return authorization. The customer can then prepare the package with the item(s) to be returned. Our transport provider will contact him to arrange an appointment to pick up the package. Once the item(s) have been received and checked by our teams, and provided that the item(s) comply(s) with the return conditions, the amount corresponding to the returned item(s) will be returned to the customer, in the form of a Purchase Voucher or refund.

Customer Service may contact the customer for additional information or instructions.
