Terms of service

  1. Final Sale: All sales made through the official website (aviranda.com) are considered Final Sale.

  2. No Returns or Exchanges: The customer is not entitled to request a return or exchange of products after receipt.

  3. No Monetary Refunds: No monetary refunds or store credits will be issued for any reason after the order has been shipped.

 

⚠️ Sole Exception (Damaged or Defective Items)

 

The only exception to this policy is if the customer receives a product that is damaged or defective from manufacturing, or receives the wrong item (not matching the order).

  • Reporting Damage: The customer must notify AVIRANDA within [1  Hour ] of the order delivery date and time.

  • Procedure: Clear evidence (photo or video) must be submitted showing the damage or defect.

  • Resolution: In this case, AVIRANDA will [send a new matching item], but a cash refund will not be issued.
